Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar in which the candidate is practicing.
• 4+ years of direct trademark experience with a focus on clearance, prosecution, and enforcement.
• Strong academic credentials with a demonstrated commitment to excellence in the legal field.
• Excellent legal writing and critical thinking skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
