Duties

• Represent lenders in secured transactions.

Requirements

• J.D. degree and membership in the applicable state Bar.
• Three or more years of commercial lending experience.
• Strong academic credentials and analytical skills.
• Licensed to practice law in the applicable state.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Membership in the applicable state Bar.
