Duties:

• Handle a wide range of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, antitrust, securities, class actions, and healthcare fraud cases
• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft clear and persuasive legal documents, including motions, briefs, and memoranda
• Participate in trial preparation, strategy meetings, and hearings
• Assist senior attorneys with complex case analysis and client management
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services
• Engage in internal investigations and government enforcement actions
• Provide legal advice to clients, ranging from individuals to large institutions

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of relevant litigation experience
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Vermont (or eligibility to obtain within a reasonable time)

Skills:

• Expertise in legal research and writing
• Strong courtroom and trial preparation skills
• Knowledge of commercial litigation, antitrust, securities, and government enforcement matters
• Proficiency with legal technology and case management software
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
