Duties

• Handle civil and commercial real estate litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, oppositions, discovery responses, and case strategy materials.
• Manage disputes involving lease issues, tenant claims, and housing-related matters.

Requirements

• 3+ years of litigation experience in civil, commercial, or real estate litigation.
• Real estate litigation or landlord-tenant experience preferred.
• Strong writing, organization, and analytical skills.
• Licensed in Washington, DC; Maryland and Virginia licenses are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Washington, DC.
