A law firm in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a talented associate attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience to join its nationally recognized Product Liability and Mass Torts practice group. The successful candidate will contribute to high-stakes litigation involving individual, multidistrict, class action, and mass tort matters on behalf of leading manufacturers across diverse sectors. The position offers a dynamic environment with a strong emphasis on teamwork, mentorship, and professional development.

Duties:

• Assist in all stages of complex product liability and mass tort litigation

• Collaborate with trial teams handling high-profile matters in challenging jurisdictions

• Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and motions

• Conduct legal research and analysis

• Participate in depositions, discovery, and trial preparation

• Engage in client communications and case strategy discussions

• Support multidistrict litigation and coordinated proceedings

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant tort litigation experience

• Background in mass torts, product liability, and/or toxic or environmental torts

• Admission to the California Bar

• Prior experience in a large law firm or high-caliber litigation practice

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• An active California Bar license is required
