The candidate will provide a range of intellectual property legal services including preparing, drafting, and prosecuting patent applications; counseling on intellectual property matters including patent clearance and infringement opinions; counseling on contract and technology transfer matters; and reviewing and negotiating patent licenses. Should demonstrate a clear ability to work in this technology through their undergraduate degree and/or work experience. Should have 1+ years of experience in patent prosecution, and are admitted to the Patent Bar and a State Bar. Should possess an undergraduate degree in engineering with excellent academic qualifications. Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills are needed. Should have strong project and client management skills.
