Duties

• Collaborate with case managers to ensure client needs and case progress.
• Communicate with clients regularly to update them on case status.
• Evaluate cases to determine value and identify potential defendants.
• Review and revise demand packages and legal documents.
• Attend court hearings and manage case-related documentation.
• Supervise team members as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Understanding of Tort/PI law.
• 1+ years of personal injury experience preferred; training available.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of California.
