• Licensure: Admitted, and in good standing, to NY Bar

Duties:

• Represent both underwriters and issuers in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities
• Provide legal counsel on corporate governance matters
• Handle public company representations
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and prospectuses
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on various legal matters
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Previous Capital Markets experience preferred
• Excellent academic credentials
• Analytical, research, and writing skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively

Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree (LLM or foreign equivalent)
• Admission to NY Bar
