What You’ll Do

You will play a critical role in supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation—from initial case strategy through trial or resolution.

Core Responsibilities:

• Partner with attorneys on case development, strategy, and execution
• Draft, proofread, and manage litigation documents (pleadings, discovery, motions, correspondence)
• Prepare medical chronologies, deposition summaries, and case reports that directly impact case outcomes
• Coordinate depositions, IMEs, hearings, and meetings with clients, experts, and witnesses
• Proactively manage deadlines, court rules, and filing requirements

Discovery & Case Management:

• Maintain well-organized, trial-ready case files
• Draft and manage subpoenas and authorizations; track and follow up on records requests
• Analyze and summarize medical, employment, and other key records

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience (civil defense preferred)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases independently
• Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
