A law firm seeks a Partner for the Corporate & Securities practice in New York to provide legal guidance on complex domestic and international transactions. The role involves representing private equity sponsors, family offices, and strategics in sectors such as financial services, life sciences, media, telecommunications, and technology, with a focus on AI, supercomputing, and digital infrastructure.

Duties

• Provide legal guidance on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and minority investments.
• Represent clients in various sectors, emphasizing AI and digital infrastructure.
• Cultivate client relationships and implement business development strategies.
• Manage and oversee the work of associate attorneys and legal staff.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience advising on AI, supercomputing, and digital infrastructure transactions.
• Experience coordinating global teams on multi-jurisdictional matters.
• 5 years of experience negotiating and drafting commercial agreements in advertising tech.
• Experience advising on data privacy and IP considerations.
• Experience with tax structuring in cross-border transactions.
• Admitted to practice law in good standing in New York or another US jurisdiction.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in New York or another US state, territory, or the District of Columbia.
