Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, or asset-based lending.
• Experience in an AmLaw 100 law firm preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction of application.
