Location:

Duties:

• Conduct initial client consultations and ongoing case discussions

• Manage litigation cases from inception through resolution

• Collaborate with paralegals and clients to gather and organize essential evidence

• Conduct legal research to support motions, petitions, and evidentiary documentation

• Supervise and guide paralegals to ensure deadlines and case progress

• Prepare clients for depositions, mediations, and court appearances

• Maintain detailed and accurate case files using legal case management software

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Spanish and English (bilingual)

• Ability to work both independently and within a team

• Capability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar

Skills:

• Legal research proficiency (Lexis-Nexis, Westlaw preferred)

• Strong written and verbal advocacy skills

• Litigation experience with demonstrated case success

• Organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
