A law firm located in Ardmore, PA is seeking an experienced and motivated Litigation Attorney to join its team. Location:

Duties:

• Provide high-quality legal services and contribute to the growth and success of the firm.
• Manage a diverse caseload, including litigation and transactional matters, with minimal supervision.
• Draft complaints, answer complaints, engage in motion practice, manage discovery, and represent clients in oral arguments and trials.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the firm’s brand and deliver competent legal services.
• Maintain an agreed-upon caseload, achieving profitable billings, and meeting chargeable hours expectations per case and firm-wide.
• Ensure client satisfaction through strong communication and efficient case management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation or transactional law.
• Strong expertise in Corporate Law, Transactional Law, and/or Litigation.
• Member of the Pennsylvania Bar.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent drafting, motion practice, and trial experience.
• Strong oral advocacy and written communication skills.
• High academic standards and a demonstrated track record of success in legal practice.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Member of the Pennsylvania Bar.

Skills:

• Expertise in Corporate Law, Transactional Law, and Litigation.
• Strong litigation skills, including trial preparation, motion practice, and discovery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Case management and ability to meet billable hour targets.
• Client-focused approach with an ability to manage relationships effectively.
