• Prepare legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and correspondence.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong decision-making, public speaking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• At least 2 years of client representation experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a heavy caseload with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of immigration law and experience in an immigration law firm required.
• Proficiency in a second language is a plus.

Education

Certifications
