Duties

• Prepare legal reports and communicate with clients.
• Conduct depositions and draft motions.
• Respond to discovery demands and Court Orders.
• Appear in court and handle arbitrations/mediations.
• Engage in trial preparation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong legal knowledge.
• Admission to New York State Court; Federal Court admission is a plus.
