This role is ideal for a Florida-barred attorney with 2–5 years of litigation experience, particularly in commercial litigation, financial services, debt collection, or bankruptcy. The position offers a flexible hybrid or fully remote work arrangement for candidates residing in Florida. Location:

• Miami, Florida

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, and pleadings

• Respond to discovery requests and manage document review

• Represent clients in depositions, court hearings, and mediations

• Prepare for and assist with trials

• Manage litigation caseload with support from experienced colleagues

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of litigation experience

• Experience in commercial litigation, financial services, debt collection, or bankruptcy preferred

• Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate in a team environment

• Proactive, responsible, and highly organized

• Florida Bar license required

• Admission to Florida federal court (preferred but not required)

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar

• Federal court admission in Florida preferred

Skills:

• Excellent legal research and writing abilities

• Strong oral advocacy and communication skills

• Diligent, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented

• Skilled in depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
