A well-established law firm in New Hampshire is seeking a Business and Real Estate Associate Attorney with a minimum of four years of experience to join its Business Practice Group. This position is ideal for a motivated and collaborative legal professional who thrives in a team-based environment and is ready to take on leadership responsibilities. The role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of transactional matters with business, real estate, and municipal clients, while also supporting the attorney’s pursuit of niche practice interests.

Location

• Nashua, New Hampshire

Duties

• Handle a variety of transactional matters for business clients

• Provide general corporate counsel, including entity formation and governance

• Draft and negotiate documents related to mergers and acquisitions

• Advise clients on real estate transactions, development, and financing

• Assist with commercial lending transactions

• Provide legal support to municipal entities and related public law issues

• Collaborate with colleagues across departments on interdisciplinary matters

• Build and manage a personal practice in preferred areas of business law

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant legal experience in business and/or real estate law

• Demonstrated ability to handle complex transactional matters independently

• Experience working with corporate, lending, or municipal clients is strongly preferred

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a collaborative mindset

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the State of New Hampshire, or ability to obtain admission
