• Collaborate with legal team members to develop case strategies.
• Attend court proceedings, depositions, and other legal appointments as required.

Requirements

• Experience in coverage analysis and litigation, particularly with commercial and liability cases.
• Excellent legal writing skills, with proficiency in drafting detailed coverage opinions.
• Active license to practice law in California.
• Member in good standing with the California State Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California State Bar membership (active and in good standing).
