The role includes managing litigation cases, conducting client consultations, and performing legal research under the guidance of experienced partners.

Location:

Duties:

• Manage all aspects of litigation cases under partner supervision.
• Conduct client consultations, assess case strengths, and make recommendations regarding legal services.
• Perform comprehensive legal research and draft memoranda to support cases.
• Stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure deadlines are met and keep supervising partners informed on case progress.

Requirements:

• 0 to 5 years of legal experience.
• Admission to the New Hampshire State Bar (additional jurisdictions preferred).
• Strong knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and practices related to litigation.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and formulate effective strategies.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership and in good standing with the New Hampshire State Bar (required).

Skills:

• Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
• Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, Lexis-Nexis).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and client interaction skills.
