Job Overview:
A Senior Litigation Attorney position based in Murrieta, California, focused on complex family law litigation. This partnership-track opportunity is designed for an experienced attorney who can lead sophisticated matters, mentor junior attorneys, and contribute to the long-term growth and leadership of the practice.

Duties:

• Manage complex family law matters from inception through resolution
• Develop and execute litigation strategies for high-stakes cases
• Conduct depositions, evidentiary hearings, settlement conferences, and trials
• Serve as lead counsel in contested hearings and proceedings
• Draft and argue complex motions
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys while supporting their professional development
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on significant litigation matters
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through effective advocacy and communication

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of family law litigation experience
• Significant experience handling contested family law matters
• Ability to independently manage complex litigation
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities
• Commitment to high-quality client service and professional excellence
• Certification as a Family Law Specialist is a plus

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California Bar in good standing
• Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS) designation preferred
