Associate Professor

The candidate should have a demonstrated potential for high scholarly achievement and teaching excellence. Must specialize in the field of securities law. Will be responsible for: classroom teaching and counseling students; conducting and publishing research; and providing service to the law school, university, and the legal profession. Should have a J.D. degree from an ABA accredited US law school. Evidence of potential for engaging in high quality research and teaching is needed.
