Duties:

• Conducted legal research and analysis on commercial litigation cases, particularly in the higher education sector.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Assist in all discovery phases, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, conducting document reviews, and preparing witnesses for depositions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.
• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients regarding litigation matters.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in commercial litigation, focusing on Higher Education preferred.
• Strong desire to learn and specialize in the Higher Education practice area.
• Excellent academic background with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
