A law firm seeks a driven Corporate M&A and Private Equity Associate to join its team in Miami, FL. Duties:

• Prepare, negotiate, and review legal documentation for mergers, acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence to identify and mitigate legal risks.
• Advise clients on transaction structures, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate the successful completion of transactions.
• Monitor project timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines and deliverables.
• Stay informed of legal and industry trends impacting corporate transactions.

Requirements:

• 3 to 7 years of experience in transactional law, with a focus on M&A and private equity.
• Exceptional analytical, drafting, and research abilities.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple complex matters simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Education:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Membership in the Florida Bar or eligibility for prompt admission.
