Requirements

• 13 years of experience in commercial real estate law, specifically in purchase and sale transactions.
• Strong understanding of real estate regulations, title matters, and financing structures.
• Exceptional negotiation and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Arizona (or ability to obtain licensure promptly).
