Job Overview:
A leading law firm is actively seeking a Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney with 2 to 4 years of experience to join its Atlanta, GA office. This role offers the opportunity to become a key member of a commercial real estate finance team, providing legal support to national financial institutions. The position involves drafting loan documentation, managing due diligence, and reviewing transactional materials in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Location:

• Atlanta, Georgia

Duties:

• Draft loan documents for commercial real estate finance transactions

• Perform due diligence related to title, survey, and organizational documents

• Maintain and manage closing checklists

• Support national financial institutions in loan origination and closing

• Collaborate with colleagues on complex finance transactions

• Provide legal analysis and guidance to clients on structuring and compliance

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of commercial real estate finance experience

• Experience representing bank and/or non-bank lenders

• Strong transactional drafting and negotiation background

• Demonstrated ability to manage timelines and client expectations

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of Georgia and in good standing

Skills:

• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills

• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple matters simultaneously

• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative legal team

• Client-service oriented with sound legal judgment
