Duties

• Manage litigation matters from intake to resolution.

• Draft pleadings, take depositions, and make court appearances.

Requirements

• 3-15 years of litigation experience, focusing on creditor representation.
• Experience in collections, defense litigation, and secured real estate matters.
• Familiarity with Unlawful Detainers, Bankruptcy proceedings, and post-judgment remedies is a plus.
• Active California Bar membership.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California Bar.
