The candidate should have 3+ years of experience in employment-based immigration law to join a team of high-caliber colleagues with quality support in the way of legal, technical and administrative staff. Should have an in-depth understanding and knowledge of immigration law and procedures, is expected to supervise paralegals and support staff, and is a strong team player. A detailed evaluation of the candidate’s knowledge of U.S. immigration law will be part of the preliminary interview process. Excellent substantive and technical grasp of the IV and NIV process based on experience processing cases, in particular extensive experience handling high volume PERM cases. Should be able to work primarily in a paperless environment. Should have the ability to stay calm and focused, supervise and motivate paralegals and support staff.
