The candidate will assist in the day-to-day handling of state and federal cases from the inception of identifying potential defect theory to the trial of the matter. Will assist in the investigation, drafting, and filing of litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda. Guiding clients through the case process. Interacting with expert witnesses, including preparation of expert reports and affidavits. Preparing for and attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar Association.
