Job Overview: A law firm seeks a General Litigation Attorney with 0-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate must be hardworking, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment, licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, or willing to take the necessary Bar exam.

Duties:

• Represent clients in various litigation matters, including civil, criminal, and administrative proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide clients with sound legal advice and strategy.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests/responses.
• Attend hearings, trials, and other court proceedings on behalf of clients.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution methods.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
• 0-5 years of experience practicing law, preferably in litigation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, ethics, and client advocacy.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
