Duties:

• Handle a caseload of civil litigation matters, including pre-trial preparation, discovery, depositions, motions, and hearings.
• Conduct legal research and draft clear and concise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Manage client relationships and communicate effectively to update clients on case status and progress.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop strategies for cases.
• Represent clients in court, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Proven ability to handle all phases of litigation, from initial filing to trial preparation.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and meet deadlines.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
