Duties

• Draft pleadings, motions, and litigation documents for various cases.
• Appear in court and argue hearings.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Work directly with clients throughout all litigation phases.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex matters.
• Manage increasing responsibilities as experience grows.

Requirements

• Litigation experience preferred; exceptional candidates with less experience considered.
• Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Desire to become a skilled courtroom advocate.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to client service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Family law experience preferred but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
