Duties

• Gain valuable courtroom and deposition experience.
• Handle a varied caseload including construction losses, liquor liability, premises liability, trucking accidents, and product liability matters.
• Participate in trials and prepare for them.
• Take depositions and work with experts.
• Attend site inspections.
• Draft and argue motions.
• Receive ongoing skills training and shadowing opportunities.
• Engage in real-time coaching on client communication, discovery, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.
• Possess strong academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.

Skills

• Strong academic credentials.
• Admission to multiple states or a desire to gain admission in multiple states is preferred.
