Duties

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in New York State.
• 3-5 years of experience in trusts and estates and elder law preferred.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, client-centered approach to legal practice.
• Ability to manage diverse caseloads with attention to detail.
• Experience with estate tax planning is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
