• Manage breach of contract claims.
• Prepare and negotiate construction contracts and change orders.
• Engage in transactional work related to construction agreements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of construction law or equivalent experience.
• Experience with construction dispute litigation.
• CA Bar membership is required.
• Prior AmLaw 100 and judicial clerkship experience preferred.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials required.

Certifications

• CA Bar membership.
