Duties

• Manage construction defect cases, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Advise clients on legal matters and develop litigation strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues on case management and trial preparation.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and guidance on legal matters.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
• Strong litigation skills, including trial experience.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent legal writing and research skills.
• Strong communication and client interaction skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member of the Florida Bar in good standing.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and practices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research and writing.
• Experience with construction defect litigation is a plus.
