Duties:

• Manage a high-volume caseload involving insurance defense and complex litigation matters

• Represent clients in all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment through resolution

• Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, attend mediations, and appear in court

• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to strategize on case approaches

• Maintain detailed documentation and case files by firm and court procedures

• Contribute to business development efforts and client relationship cultivation

• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense

• Current license to practice law in the state of Georgia

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong legal writing and analytical skills

• Self-directed with excellent time management abilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Georgia State Bar license (mandatory)

Skills:

• Expertise in civil litigation and procedural rules

• Advanced interpersonal communication and client service skills

• High attention to detail and organizational precision

• Familiarity with legal case management software and the Microsoft Office Suite
