Senior Corporate Counsel – Privacy
The candidate will draft, negotiate, and close privacy and data protection agreements with enterprise customers, including customers in highly regulated industries, such as financial services and healthcare. Will work closely with global sales and partner teams on transactions that drive the company’s revenue. Support commercial attorneys on data protection issues in negotiations. Partner with the security team on security-related issues in negotiations. Work well in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Maintain an understanding of new and evolving data protection regulations. Develop and deliver training on data protection issues and contract templates. Provide sound advice and guidance on legal and business-related issues to senior business leaders. Support continuous improvements of templates, policies, and processes to help streamline, simplify and automate the contracting processes.
