Client Relations Coordinator
The candidate will greet all clients and prospective clients and other visitors to the law firm, making them feel welcome and at home. Answer and direct all incoming calls and distribute phone messages to other team members. Schedule appointments for clients and prospects as directed. Take all incoming seminar reservation calls, mail confirmation letters and make seminar reminder calls. Update and maintain the seminar tracking in law firm database. Database entry of client information. Assemble portfolio binders, including printing and copying and any other task required to make delivery to the client. Participate in weekly staff meetings that include providing input to law firm operations and procedures. Create and send e-mail campaigns to clients and prospects. Assist estate planning paralegal by completing assigned tasks and daily activities. Filing of closed client files and client documents. Maintenance of social media presence, updating blog content, management of firm website. Plan and coordinate with appropriate vendors to host client events and seminars. Responsible for the creation of newsletters, seminar flyers, firm advertisements. Should be College degree. Excellent verbal and written communication are needed. Outstanding spelling and grammar skills, ability to multi-task, and familiarity with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Power-Point are desired.
