Duties

• Ensure public company reporting compliance and governance.
• Manage SEC compliance and disclosure matters.
• Handle Nasdaq/NYSE compliance issues.
• Represent issuers or investment banks in capital markets transactions.
• Engage in IPOs, equity/debt offerings, and PIPEs.
• Conduct at-the-market offerings.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with technology and/or life sciences companies is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar.
