Duties

• Manage a caseload of 15-20 active personal injury matters.
• File and litigate cases through settlement, arbitration, or verdict.
• Draft legal pleadings, complaints, motions, and discovery documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions monthly.
• Represent clients in mediations and arbitrations annually.
• Prepare and try cases as needed.
• Conduct legal research and analyze case law.
• Respond to discovery requests and defense counsel communications.
• Collaborate with a litigation paralegal for efficient case progression.
• Participate in team trainings and contribute to office culture.
