A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney to join its team in Iselin, NJ. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic environment, handling a variety of legal tasks and contributing to the firm's growth.

Duties

• Evaluate new files and manage client communications.
• Conduct discovery production and legal research.
• Prepare legal memoranda on various areas of law.
• Prepare and argue discovery, substantive, and dispositive motions.
• Attend pretrial listings, motions, and trials.

Requirements

• JD degree from an ABA-approved law school.
• Active license in good standing in New Jersey.
• 3-6 years of litigation experience required.
• Experience in commercial motor vehicle defense, UM/UIM, premises liability, construction accident, and product liability preferred.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• JD degree from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active license in good standing in New Jersey.
