A boutique law firm in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join its growing practice. This full-time role offers hands-on responsibility managing real estate transactions from start to finish, including client-facing responsibilities and regular coordination with title companies and lenders. Duties:
Draft, review, and negotiate documents related to acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing of commercial real estate
Analyze and resolve title and survey issues
Coordinate closings and maintain communication with clients, title companies, lenders, and other involved parties
Provide corporate support such as entity formation and preparation of operating agreements, partnership agreements, etc.
Review and abstract commercial leases
Maintain accurate time entries and comply with firm billing procedures
Organize and maintain electronic matter files in accordance with firm protocols
Assist with special projects and legal tasks as needed
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas
2–5 years of experience in commercial real estate law
Strong experience in title and survey review, closing documentation, and transactional coordination
Familiarity with commercial leasing and contract negotiation
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
High attention to detail and client service orientation
Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Skills:
Real estate transactional drafting and negotiation
Title and survey review
Legal entity formation and corporate governance support
