Mid-Level Class Action Associate Attorney

Profile

A law firm in Minneapolis is seeking a Mid-Level Class Action Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably gained at an AmLaw 100 firm. The ideal candidate should possess superior writing, research, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage a multi-matter docket.

Duties:

• Handle class action defense, complex commercial litigation, securities, and consumer litigation matters.
• Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
• Produce high-quality deliverables and respond to correspondence promptly.
• Meet deadlines and expectations while maintaining work quality.
• Foster positive relationships within the firm and with clients.
• Comply with all firm policies and practices.
• Engage in both physical and sedentary activities, including extensive computer work and virtual meetings.
• Perform any other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
• Strong academic background from nationally recognized schools.
• Previous federal clerkship is a plus.
• Experience with class action defense is preferred.
• Superior writing skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the state bar of Minnesota (or eligibility for admission upon hiring).

Skills:
