Duties:

• Manage a full docket of pre-suit personal injury cases

• Negotiate with insurance adjusters to achieve favorable settlements

• Supervise and mentor a full-time legal assistant

• Maintain consistent, empathetic communication with clients throughout the case lifecycle

• Initiate client relationships by opening files and conducting intake discussions

• Perform thorough case investigations, collect documentation, and manage entries in legal databases

• Confirm insurance coverage and assess liability aspects

• Coordinate with medical professionals to monitor client care

• Schedule medical appointments and guide clients through necessary documentation and procedures

• Review and summarize medical records for case development

• Prepare case files for demand drafting and settlement discussions

Requirements:

• Active license and good standing with the Florida Bar

• Strong time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

• Client-first mindset with the ability to navigate emotionally charged situations

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

• Reliable and punctual work ethic

• Willingness to work in the office during standard business hours

• Bilingual abilities are considered an asset

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Florida and good standing
