The candidate should have Master’s degree in organic chemistry. Ph.D. degree is preferred. Should preferably have 2+ years of experience as an attorney or agent drafting and globally prosecuting patent applications in chemical and material sciences, particularly in polymers or small molecules. Register to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and attorney candidates admitted to a State Bar are preferred.
