Duties

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of family law experience preferred.
  • Courtroom experience, including temporary hearings, motion practice, and trials.
  • Proficiency in legal research databases and case management software.
  • Strong legal writing and communication skills.
  • Excellent judgment, ethics, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Board Certification in Family Law or interest in pursuing certification is a plus.

Education

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
