Duties

• Conduct legal research using Westlaw and Lexis/Nexis.
• Draft interrogatories and document demands.
• Review documents in preparation for litigation.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in Florida.
• Minimum of two years of litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials, including Law Review or Honors.
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
