• Engage in motion practice, expert issues, and trial preparation.
• Participate in ITC (Section 337) investigations and coordinate with parallel proceedings.
• Draft high-quality written work, including briefs and client communications.
• Collaborate with technical experts to present clear, persuasive arguments.
• Handle PTAB proceedings, including IPRs.
• Explore SEPs/FRAND and disputes involving telecommunications and multimedia standards.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of patent litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and problem-solving skills.

• Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
