Duties

• Represent creditors and financial institutions in state and federal court proceedings.
• Advise clients on loan restructuring and recovery strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Negotiate and draft settlement agreements and lending documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on financial issues.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop case strategies.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Maryland Bar (additional Bar Admissions a plus).
• 2-5 years of experience in creditors' rights or financial services litigation.
• Strong litigation, documentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Maryland Bar.
