Transfer Pricing | Manager-Hybrid role
The candidate will manage and deliver transfer pricing services to clients across industries. Work with senior team members and tax colleagues to develop financial and economic strategies to solve complex technical challenges. Lead, supervise, and train junior personnel, including managing team workloads, providing feedback, and creating a positive work environment. Interface with client’s senior personnel and develop relationships with external clients. Seek opportunities to develop technical and personal development skills. Maintain knowledge of current developments in international tax and transfer pricing matters; and Participate in business development activities to identify and research opportunities for clients and prospects. Minimum of four years of experience in a transfer pricing consulting role. Comprehensive transfer pricing technical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate strong project and team leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and familiarity with transfer pricing databases and tools. Entrepreneurial and business development mindset; and A Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, statistics, quantitative analysis, international business, or accounting, and Certified Financial Analyst designation, American Society of Appraiser’s Business Valuation Certification, Certified Public Accountant license, or Certified Management Accountant designation, and Four years of experience working full time in a professional role within a transfer pricing group providing transfer pricing services. OR A Master’s degree in economics, finance, statistics, quantitative analysis, international business, or accounting. A Transfer Pricing certification from the Chartered Institute of Taxation’s Advanced Degree in International Taxation (can be earned within the first year of employment); and Four years of experience working full time in a transfer pricing consulting group. OR A Master’s degree in economics, finance, statistics, quantitative analysis, international business, or accounting. An Enrolled Agent designation; and Four years of experience working full time in a transfer pricing consulting group. OR PhD degree in economics, finance, statistics, quantitative analysis, international business, or accounting, or other related major, or Attorney with JD or JD/LLM (Passed Bar Exam and maintains active license); and Three years of experience working full time in a transfer pricing consulting group.
